Sy Harding is being Street Smart and sensible... I didn't know that 'odd-lot' reports are still available... trying to understand the value of THIS: "in the week ended July 12, the report on ‘odd-lot’ trading, (trade size of fewer than 100 shares), showed that small investors only purchased 61.4 million shares in the week, while they ‘sold short’ 3.7 billion shares betting the market will go down. Such lop-sidedly bearish ‘crowd’ opinion is usually a positive sign for the market, indicating the pessimism has been overdone." syharding.com
