someone posted this on the motly fool any comments
I have been watching QDEK during the day and noticed a number
of option executions (at 2.63 and 3.00) on the daily graph provided
by Lombard. Since these are prices that would usually be held
by officers/employees of the company, I assume that they are
the buyers. Is there anyway to determine if they held the shares
or sold them upon execution?

Also it appears the street is expecting 4 cents a share earnings
for the current quarter and this would be a major turnaround if it
occurs. Seems the stock has held above 2.5 since the large
voulme day of 7.5 million which is very positive. Can we tell if
someone has taken a large position in this company?
I am very bullish on Quarterdeck in that it has remained
above it's 50 day moving average since a huge volume
day (5/22) of 7.5 million shares were traded. In addition
the company has reduced costs and continues to hit the
$100 million in revenue per year. There are not very many
software companies with award winning products, great
distribution, and a market capitalization very close to
revenues. At a bit more than $2.75 a share this stock
is a buy!
