CLIFTON MINING COMPANY ANNOUNCES PRIVATE PLACEMENT ALPINE, UT, July 15 /CNW/ - William D. Moeller, President of Clifton Mining Company (ASE:CFB) today announced that Clifton Mining Company has received a subscription to purchase, on a private placement basis, 250,000 units of the Corporation at a purchase price of $0.94 per unit or an aggregate amount of $235,000. Each unit shall consist of one common share and one share purchase warrant. Each share purchase warrant shall entitle the holder thereof to purchase one (1) common share of the Corporation at a purchase price of $1.15 on or before two years from the date of issuance. The Alberta Stock Exchange has neither approved nor disapproved of the information contained in this press release.
