You've obviously never had your own business have you? You and one employee...maybe.....BUT NEVER a company with more than 100..... And if you were a public company, a person would have to be just plain nuts to buy stock in such a company with such a stupid CEO.... Look around you, man....that @#$%^&*that killed that little girl this week had to work for someone....do you think the head of his company knew anything much about him.... The only thing I can say is that IF any such bill becomes law, then each supervisor in each company AND each government entity should have to sign the same thing as the CEO does....
