The only "reasonable action" that could be taken with that type of strict legislation....is just NOT to hire any employees. There are so many examples....Robert Hansen....FBI spy for years, and years.....wonder what "reasonable actions" were taken in that instance....???? Fastow....ditto... Milliken....ditto... etc etc etc And for that matter, when I think about it...add Clinton to the list. We all "hired" him, even if most of us (he only got 43%) voiced our strong disapproval...and say what you will about his behavior.....IF ANY CEO, or JANITOR did what he did in the work environment, and on the job.... Well, you tell me what would have happened, certainly with our very PC laws regarding supervisor and employees....
