Huge excesses, usually bring about huge excesses to correct them, and that was what I was saying.

The thing that is so bothersome in all the corporate messes, is the number of them.....WHEN and WHY were the accounting rules changed....What happened in 1995 to bring about such malfeasance?

You are still mistaken that the CEO is personally liable for any actions of subordinates.
