While it's nice to be "generally agreed with" for a change, Richard<VBG>, I believe you will be more than a touch disappointed if about 80 some odd Fleckenstein candidates for A/H CEOs of the year don't confess all by "T-Day" in August... There will be alllllll kinds of corporate "filing deadline extensions" requested and granted...if nothing more than to find time to finish Hampton's Holidays and the like. The corporations in America, by and large wouldn't file on time NOW if it wasn't for fear of shareholder lawsuits. What makes anyone at the SEC think for a split second that THIS deadline will be met? It will be shoved past election time if at all possible, just to try to get the balance of Congress padded one way or the other in closely contested races. Corzine won't be standing for relection yet, will he? He'd be a good token "rat" to be thrown out...yet he's making some of the loudest most raucous cries about corporate malefeasance...talk about the pot calling the kettle black...... a sleepy g_t....PS...check your hamburger, there Richard. Looks like you've got a legit "beef" with Conagra right there at home. 160 F internal temp, okay???!!!! Be safe.
