DW - next week people will start wondering about the outlook for Q4 that will be seen around the end of September.

That is going to be scarry unless there is an incredible pick up in business.

My guess is that the current slide started around the end of April enough into Q3 that analysts carefully checking their channels must have discovered that business for Q2 was tepid and that there was absolutely no sign of an improvement in outlook.

They took that view about a month into Q2 and now we at nearly the same point in Q3 and guess what they are probably being told that the poition is even worse.

If this is true the collapse hasn't even started yet.

Yes I was a bull but its no good running away from the facts if business is getting worse then its getting worse and no amount of optimism will help.

Nov 04 will be the end in that case.
