Peach cobble... breadcrumb style: Preheat oven to 375, butter a pie pan well, put a can of drained peaches in bottom, make bread crumbs from 6 slices of stale bread or fresh if you don't have stale, put half on top of peaches, mix 2 eggs with reserved peach liquid and cup of buttermilk (could use cream or milk) and mix with remaining breadcrumbs with 16 packets of equal... pour over top of peaches and breadcrumbs and bake at 375 for about half an hour... yum!
