Ken, valuations are becoming more reasonable. From Barron's:

<The Dow now trades for 16 times projected 2002 profits. The S&P, meanwhile, commands 17 times projected 2002 profits of $51 and trades for about 18 times trailing 12-month earnings and 15 times estimated forward earnings for 12 months to July 2003. >

It's impossible to say when the bottom will be reached. I think we'll see further losses. The bubble was created by excess buying and an equivelent action on the selling side is a logical conclusion.

I'm surprised that you're not seizing the opportunity. No reason for you to curtail trading. Volatility is your best friend. ACO might be a great candidate for a pop next week. There's tons of stocks in the same category.

I'll take a look at PCR this weekend.
