When we were young, my husband and I went out into the hills of Colo. looking for prospective turkey hunting grounds. We were way out in the wilderness, just us and the dog. We were climbing sage covered hills when my hubby spotted a tick on my neck. We rushed down into a lovely field and he insisted that I disrobe so that he could fully inspect me for ticks. This was Colo and you know about Rocky Mt. spotted fever?

Well, I insisted that he do the same since he certainly could have had ticks on him too. We didn't find any other ticks on either one of us but the trying was sure fun. LOL
