Al, Dont disagree in principal but it is my, perhaps naive, belief that this stuff is factored into stock prices of all cos. As they become clean, come clean whatever these prices will serve as the base points for a rally. I dont know if the rally will hold but it is almost inevitable given the last 10 weeks or so of steady decline. WE continue to have demographics plus huge infusions of cash from the fed, and government tech retooling apparently beginning in october. A bear market rally is appropriate. mike
