Martek's new factory has been up and pouring out oils since April, according to a conversation I had with IR. They said that the rumors about problems were not true. Their profit margins should be improved by this, and reflected in the next quarterly report ending July 1997. Sales are growing nicely, IMHO. Even though MATK was down today, it seemed like most of the trading came near the bottom. There were two heavy rounds of trading, one near the end of the day, which, to me, was very positive. I feel that their Formulaid product is comfortably ahead of the competition and that they are ready to roar. In other words: GO MATK!!! (I mean "the other way", of course!)
