It would not surprise me if these foreign bond CEF's cut their dividends.

FAX cut it's dividend some time ago (I think it was the first of the year) and it took a dive. If you look at the chart you can see when the dividend was cut. IMO, the price of the CEF has gone up because of the currency difference between the Aussy$ and US$. FAP.TO is a difference situation because the Canadian $ is close to lock step with the Aussy $.
