Sorry Howy, thought i responded to you here, must have forgot .... that's on page 2 of the proxy circular that came with the notice of meeting a couple of months ago, it says Sand Bay Overseas Ltd holds 1m of the common, which is 11.15% of the voting securities ... then next page this footnote - 'Borys Rafalowicz is the only person who has a greater than 10% beneficial interest in Sand Bay Overseas Ltd, a non-reporting company.' .... so i was just curious, no biggie Looks like not much happening here, yet again ... in the month since the AGM, Scotia's massive 29k block blowout has whacked the bid back nearly in half ... of course Raymond James piling on with a whole 8k net sales didn't help ' "Sell"? - to whom? ' .... lol, funny when you think about it eh ... looks like a write-off candidate coming up again for another tax-loss season, betcha i snaffle a few at a dime or better and somebody pries two thirds of them out of my fingers at two bits yet again, early next spring
