Francoise, I understand now and applaude the new thread. I am usually a lurker but have stuck with KRT over the last year with its halt and everything else. The contributions here make this in my opinion one of the best in SI. I will continue to believe in the potential of KRT's properties and as long I as see yours and Buddy's comments I feel good for its long term prospects. Scott Reynolds (deep in the heart of Texas)
