And how did Bush drag that deficit back? Oh yeah, he uncovered fraud that went on during the Clinton administration which eliminates anyone having capital gains which eliminates cap gain s tax which balanced the budget. Yeah thats the ticket. Bush did it , yeah, lets kill Bush.
