Stack, a la InvesTech, has been long all the way down. Only late this week did he go to 60% cash (as if that's bearish). As recently as two weeks ago (if memory serves), he was only 20% cash.

One of the markers for me these last few weeks has been waiting for Stack and Hays to give up.
