Oh, but E loves ten year old charges! What else are those Harken-insider trading charges? I'd bet if they could prove Bush engaged in insider trading charges now, they couldn't bring charges against him because the statute would have expired.

And a charge against a sitting Senator are just as relevant as a charge against a sitting President.
