FastComm Communications Corp. (NASDAQ: FSCX) announced today that it welcomed another addition to its veteran management team. Reinhold Linstaedt joins FastComm in the newly created role of Director of European Sales & Marketing, based in Frankfurt, Germany. Reinhold will be responsible for targeted European Carrier Sales activities, and will also open up key relationships with major Systems Integrators, Value Added Distributors and provide regional support for FastComm's global sales and service partners, such as Alcatel Data Networks.

Reinhold comes to FastComm with strength in OEM and Carrier Sales and Marketing. In these positions, Reinhold was directly involved in developing successful multi-million dollar channels for network access, router and SNA products for business customers, telecommunications carriers, and both federal and regional government agencies.

"I'm very pleased to welcome Reinhold to FastComm," stated Ed Bursk, FastComm Vice President of Sales and Marketing. "He brings the full set of skills and contracts with him, helping us accelerate our push into the European networking market via PTTs, key Integrators and Distributors--making FastComm the first choice for network access products!"

Well anyone have any thoughts on Europe?
