Jay, I remember your original post. I thought much of those predictions even then.

This weekend I was hiking in the Cascades in Washington. Post bubble traumatic disorder must be spreading -- I actually followed some hikers talking non-stop about money, who has enough, who doesn't (in their families), and bemoaning their own tremendous losses. Unfortunately didn't find out if they'd capitulated yet.
