John there are reports that Nigeria wants to leave OPEC by September which will cap oil prices IMHO. Further if they really leave OPEC days are numbered.

Keep in mind that the arabs have a population explosion and as such they need more and more oil revenue just to keep their citizen from revolting.

In general the decline of the USD and stock markets around the world will put a damper on world wide economy and as such will induce less energy consumption resulting in lower crude oil prices.
