Rascal Is there a difference between cash flow and free cash flow? Typically, when people speak of cash flow, they are referring to the Cash From Operations (CFO) from the statement of cash flows portion of the 10K or 10Q. Free Cash Flow is often calculated by taking CFO and subtracting the amount spent on maintaining and improving Property, Plant and Equipment.
