and yes, a US AA is pretty much a regular old prosecutor: he's just a federal-jurisdiction version of an ADA (not using "just" in a pejorative sense). now, if the AG said it, that would be someone "special" and i'd be inclined to agree with you.

as it is, your statement is as hyperbolified as the prosectors.
