Nightowl, I do not know how the overall cell size of FRAM compares with DRAM. DRAM has both small feature size well as small cell size. No good to get to .10 if the FRAM cell sprawls over 10 times the area.
Still the nonvolatility make it the memory of choice in some areas.
Of course, what if flash does it out of a home?
