tc and all,

When backing-up to a Sony DAT (DDS4)tape using Veritas Backup Exec Desktop with WIN2000 Pro with NTFS format, I consistently get the same opening file error. It apparently skips that file during the backup and it is not backing-up about half a meg. The Error Report is below:

Does anyone have any idea what the file is, how to find it, how to correct it? I ran a start---> search---> files---> and searched for "?" without quotes. The only file that has no ID is one with its name showing as a vertical bar (like the letter "I", but without the crossbars at the top and bottom and wider and hollow (not a solid filled vertical bar). That file has no ID and is empty... no bytes. Help!!!!

Many thanks,

Marty
