Has Mr. Pitt answered your question?

"under existing law, if you say "XYZ is a good buy," but you really think it's a terrible buy, you've committed fraud. We intend to make sure that the fraud rules are inforced."

And on another note, Do you still feel VWAP has a place in the market? Notice I didn't mention any companies in particular. :-)
