Bobby, I had a talk with Jim Yates today. He figures things should start happening in a couple of weeks as they are finalizing the purchase of some freehold land in the hands of a private company with about a dozen individual shareholders. The property will be mortgaged, not licenced, so the company will actually own the land. It is in the U.S. and was described to me as an "advanced situation". The land has historically produced gold around 12-15 years ago I think.It is situated 5 km from an operating heap leach facility and they expect this to be the same although there has been underground mining in the past. Permits are in, and the company has 1.4 million in cash to work with which should keep them from needing any financing this year. Regards, Dan Byrne
