Hi Bill J.,

You might want to search on Wily's postings for "cell size," ...if the search thingy is working. He is the Keeper of The Cell around here. <g>

But barring that you might consider:
ieee.org
or
avsusergroups.org

They are based on '01 and '99 info respectively; but we must remember, Rohm was not built in one day and the target now is embedded/Flash replacement rather than DRAM.

The Japanese (i.e., Fujitsu/Toshiba?) say they are at 0.10 going to 0.05 and below:
starc.or.jp
or if you have trouble with the characters, try:
216.239.35.100

In any case I suspect that IF we get more than one Fab partner producing, everything will fall into place. Right now I think competition could be working against us. I am speculating that TI's secrecy is causing some degree of hesitancy in the rest of the licensee's.

I figure that TI has enough clout in the embedded markets to make the rest of our "family" hesitant to act until they know what they are up against. ...But I am sure that everyone's spies have been working overtime since March. <Hoo Hoo>
