paper is king...paper assets are where inflation is...it is like a
dog chasing its tail...central bankers are keeping gold prices low..
don't care if they nuke Australia,SA,or Canada...non importante..
just keep those paper assets soaring...and the bond rates loooooowwww
I hear reports on tv by brilliant people(I think they are probably
brilliant but prefer the charade...) since "gold is low" inflation is
non existent..ha ha ha ha.they don't add that the central bankers are threatening to dump their gold on the market....check out health insurance..transportation..electric and telephone bills...ha ha...as long as the central bankers push down gold....other people can say that gold is not reacting to inflation trends...but a few brilliant economists are beginning to predict inflation is coming back...not in a big way...but still coming back...I am guessing and boy have my guesses been rotten...but when money moves back into biotechs...the end is near for the bull in equities...
Abby Joseph Cohen of Goldman Sachs has been right for seven years..
she still sees the equity market strong for another year or so..
poor gold...she sited history that in low inflation companies can
trade at higher pes and the current pes are not high...according
to the environment...oh well...(like going against mother nature..)
