The only thing that has me concerned about LU is the WCOME BK. Wcom equipment will be available for cheap, therefore they do not need and may not buy Lucent or NORTEL's equipment when they can pick up the existing equipment much cheaper at the market. Just a guess and i dont know the major differences of the mgmt restructuring. But you do make it sound good.
