Oh, make no mistake, it'll come back. You should have heard people Black Friday, 1987. Everybody pulled money out and swore off the stock market for good. LOL! Wrong, most were back 2 days later. Some will not come back due to corruption and manipulation but most will. When the alternatives are 2-3% CD's and they see their buddies making 15- 30% again annually in 2003 and 2004, they'll be back. Assuming Congress takes some sensible action and we get more transparent accounting and the criminals are prosecuted. That will happen too by early to mid 2003.
