As far as I know, Jain is still here....don't think he went back to India....am pretty sure there would have been word of that. It was Arun Sarun that returned to California...he was to have been the head of INSP and Russell was to have headed the GNET part of the newly merged GNET and INSP....before the infamous "Ambush at NOTOK Coral" in Dec 2000..

With all the exposure to ill gotten gains, and lack of truthfulness with other CEO's during this period, my bet is that someday we will all know what happened at that Board Meeting....
