Cartoonists have no business depicting the lies and innuendo they do. Their role should be editorial, and they should be able to do that without resorting to lies. Why should they be any less accountable than CEOs or politicians? The one I dislike most is Trudeau. His "cartoons" are insulting. I never have liked him, but his Bush cartoons are unforgivable. Most of the time his so-called points are indecipherable unless you follow the drug trade or other unsavory topics, but it's pretty hard to miss the insult to the President of the United States depicted as a hat on a head that isn't there.

The so-called pressure your post mentions comes from the grass-roots (pressure [from] readers). I was thinking about writing our local rag to complain about Trudeau, and you just made up my mind for me. Thanks.
