To All: Did anyone notice the Dow Jones News Headlines at the market close?
1. Carmen Fleetwood touts AOl as "AOL rebounds as momentum is in its favor" true it does have momentum now, but the positive spin on the article is unbelievable.

2. AOL "Advertising Deals Promise High Margins" quotes Nesbitt Burns analyst Abi Gami as saying more deals could be in the offing "It isn't inconceivable that a deal could be announced at anytime for $50MM or even $200MM"

Both articles have factual truths to them but I find that it is ironic that they are released on a huge market up day and AOL is down 3 3/8. I view it as trying to save the stock price from further corrections. As I have said before, AOL PR Dept. is amazing but this is getting a little to obvious.

Thoughts?

note for steve: Nesbitt Burns is the Canadian Brokerage Firm that touted Bre-X from the start and is now in litigation proceedings due to the fraud.
