Dear Charles: So far as I am concerned the root of this problem is two fold. 1st Poor Management and apparent fraud and 2nd the DAMN GOVERNMENT REGULATORS. We have TOO MANY telecoms and Govt not only encouraged but caused them to be unable to combine. WCOM KNEW they needed that Sprint merger, GOVT blocked it NOW govt is saying OH, we made a mistake, maybe we will let the BELL COMPANIES ABSORB THEM ALL. Assholes. JDN
