Bill: Bo may well have 'put his money where his mouth was,' but the operative question is whether his multitude of relationships and investments were properly disclosed by GRNO in press releases and other public information. I think that if the proposed transaction was an arm length transaction , the special relationships if any are none of out business. I understand Bo was not even an officer or Director, just an "observer". Of course there is always the question of "interpretation of letter of intents vs actual orders, and reasonable people can differ. If the officers of GRNO have not shown intent to defraud and actually unloaded massive amount of stock after mounting a campaign of misleading information (a la D&P), I do not think that any lawyer worth his cape will take the case. After all they make money only if they win. Well, there are some that do never intend to go to court, just to squeeze some "pinkmail" money. Zeev
