Dave you said, "Re: housing I think there is this irrational worry that looking forward Homebuilders will be week. Why somebody worries a year out is beyond me." It is easy because they can only hope if they add one year they may finally be right. Eventually stocks have to slow in growth rate due to mathmatical reasons as a high rate of growth cannot go on for ever as the base keeps getting larger. Will they ever admit being wrong, no, they'll wait for how ever many years it takes for the sector to slow down and then say - seeeeeeeeeeee! Bruce
