when the President tries to put himself above the law, I get a little upset over it.... You must get upset quite a bit. Does it bother you that our executives periodically decide to wage war without Congressional approval? If the current administration manages to manipulate the legacy of 9/11 into a justification to put in operation TIPS and toss out Posse Comitatus they will have done more damage to the basic structure of democracy than Clinton did in 8 years. Weird that people who claim to oppose big government come up with ideas like that....
