Know the facts.

Bush has a Congressional authorization to respond to 9/11. All indications are that if he was going to move against Iraq or some other place where there was no direct link to 9/11, he would seek similar authorization.

No one has proposed "tossing out" Posse Commitatus. It makes sense to reevaluate it and perhaps modify it in light of the fact that our enemies will most assuredly try to use WMD and the military has valuable expertise in that area.

TIPS is a bad idea because it is redundant and unnecessary. We already have 911, Neighborhood Watch, DOJ tiplines, etc. We should publicize those avenues and keep stressing that all citizens have a responsibility to be watchful....

Now, my comment was directed to Clinton placing himself above the law by perjuring himself, lying to a grand jury, suborning perjury, misleading a federal court and misusing the power of his office to cover his butt. Its the kind of thing Nixon had the dignity to resign for. I see no evidence and you have provided none that this Administration places itself above the law.
