I agree, CNBC is clueless and WCOME is now 15 cents (up 67%). The Market goes up or down on a daily basis either because of major news (especially UNexpected news) or because the Power Players decided to make it move one way or another. Simple as that. Traders are jumping on the "buy" or "sell" programs that are instigated by the Power Players. It's as simple as that. The other exception is earnings, which do make stocks move legitimately one way or t'other.
