I am in cash and have been for several months-lost money since JAN 1 2000.Bottom and Capitulation are around here somewhere -capitulation is NOW IMO!-dog is out looking for the bottom!Best--correction I own 1500 INTC bot at $18.35.--Tobe serious "I think we are close to a BOTTOM here at 7800-but the INDU could easily drop 1000 points lower over next few days.
