Ted, correct me if I'm wrong, but the Marxist view of utopia stems from the belief that class inequality is the source of all evil in the world. Once we get rid of all inequality in the world will we reach a state of utopia.

Ten, where did I say that I wanted to end class inequality? I said I wanted to end the conditions that cause suicide bombers. Much like Tim and D. Ray, you seem to read into things that I say. In addition, like them, you seem to think the pie is so big. Do you think the Palestinians can not have the same economic success as the Israelis? Better.....do you think its not possible to have successful Israelis and successful Palestinians?

It's the only reason why you have excused the actions of Palestinian suicide bombers, but not those of the Israeli or American militaries.

It is? Where did I excuse the suicide bombers? I said that judging and condemning them is getting us no where......we seem stuck at that point.

By the way, I don't know what your view of Christ is, but he was no more a Marxist than Marx was a Christian.

Didn't he take the catch of the fisherman, divide them and feed the crowd? Isn't that a form of communal living as was the living arrangements with his disciples? And I don't remember him paying for those fish nor the loaves of bread.
