You have TOTALLY missed the point if you think the struggle continues to be over a piece of ground. It is now about martyrdom. Again, if it were over the ground, they would recognize a chance to compromise as an opportunity, and act on it. Instead, the evil terrorist bombings continue. So you believe that if every Palestinian has a house with a two car garage and a boat that they would still suicide bomb?
