what was that buyer doing with that 16K ? He kept lowering it then raising it dodging around ... and he's still there fooling around ... he doesn't want to buy or cover apparently for he could have covered in the $46's , or went long there too. ...but that's $750K he's flashing around , dropping it just below each bid ....Very fishy .
