It is a confusing time the construction going on around me is enormous. I find i am living with the the constant sound of construction of renovation of houses and the end result is prices of said houses on completion have gone well beyond the million mark. On the other hand business is not doing well i hear of more head reduction and very little capital spending. No one i know is looking at their portfolios as profitable so the reflection is seen in the market as well as in the lack of optimism in the working force. There are days I think that those that have access to capital are in the business of building little Roman empires called home.
