Afraid not. I have checked things like Bloomberg, but all it told me was just the industry and the other players in the industry like MCIC etc. Maybe they don't have much competition in this niche market? :-) The only competitors that most people refer to when discussing the company are the bigger long-distance carriers. The company seems to have a network of fiber optic and copper cables bridging the western coast of the US and the pacific rim. The initial failures of the company were related to attempting to bridge southern US and Cuba and Mexico. I think they ran into political problems and the deals never materialized, though I think they may still plan to connect to Mexico. I can't imagine a lot of small companies doing this, certainly not a lot of them.
