Paul: Curious, what is it about ARM that attracts you, pervasiveness?

As a long term ARM holder, I have watched it tank and tank and tank, yet I still hold. So I don't need to be convinced.

But ARM seems a weak reed compared to Qualcomm.

Qualcomm has not only the IP leg but ASICs as well.

Curious what keeps you away from Qualcomm.

Assume you are dubious of the market into which the Q sells, or you think it too narrow?

Since the world (especially Asia is the major opportunity for CDMA) even granting that both Verizon and Sprint are very very weak and perhaps even stupid in their sales approaches, how about the rest of the world? (Excluding Europe which has frozen Qualcomm out).

Very much interested in your thinking.

Best.
