That Bonner write was very good.

He nailed me dead on, too.
I used to live in the suburbs of Seattle, until it got to the point of not being able to get out of my driveway in the morning due to bumper to bumper traffic. And in the evening, I risked going insane to attempt to get home any time between 4 & 7pm....so I moved right downtown. It has been one of the best moves I've ever made. Any number of amenities very close by, great views, good people, very tolerable traffic, and demand is growing.
I would love to see the trend continue and take the pressure off of rural fringe areas. I'd love to see the cancerous growth of the suburbs come to halt. There is so much room for creative infill development. It is silly to feel that everyone needs their acre of lawn around them, it's wasteful and does nothing to foster community.

Hope you had a great weekend, Fuzzy.
