"Then 9/11 happened and Bush and Co have done everything possible to scare the bejeusus out of America" The way I look at it, the TERRORISTS scared the bejesus out of America and Bush's handling of the crisis has given comfort to all except the people like yourself that don't trust/like him. It actually scares me a bit that there are so many who will attack the President in a time of crisis instead of supporting him.
